and is the main entrance into the estate.

10% Deposit Payable: On the Day of sale by

Who pays the GST ?
The Vendor (Seller). The price you pay at Auction includes

Is there a Time Limit as to when I must commence
and complete building?

Do I require “Developer approval” for the home I build?
No. You obtain all building and planning permission
from Banyule City Council.

Who pays for Fencing on the Lot if I purchase one?
You do. Purchasers/New Owners will pay for fencing
their own allotment.

How do I register to bid at the Auction?
You will need to fill in a form and provide identification.

Can I purchase using a nominee clause?
If you purchase a block of land at the Auction, you may exercise
the “and/or nominee clause,” being General Condition 5 in the
Contract of Sale.

Are there any specific acoustic requirements if I build
a home in Stage 16 at College View?
Yes. There are acoustic requirements for lots 1604 – 1615
inclusive (those lots near the Ring Road) If you build a 2 Storey
home it will need an Acoustic Consultants Report, plus thicker
plaster and thicker glazing in upstairs rooms at the rear only.

Is the rear fence on Lots 1604-1615 situated on the Title boundary?
No. Both the New Timber Paling Fence (no cost to purchaser)
and the Wire Mesh Security Fence behind it are inside the
title boundary between 220mm – 330mm.
